Breathwork

Our sessions are suitable for people of all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners, and are customized to meet your specific needs and goals, mostly for the reduction of anxiety, and increasing relaxation.


Various breathing techniques are taught that will show how the power of the breath can influence physiological, psychological, and emotional states that can be used.

Pranayama

Pranayama uses various techniques to regulate the breath, enhance the flow of prana - our vital life force - within, and balance the mind and body. The advanced practice manipulates the breath through different patterns of inhalation, exhalation, and retention.


Regular practice of pranayama can have numerous benefits including lower blood pressure, enhanced mental clarity, increased energy, and reductions in stress and anxiety.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nida, meaning “Yogic Sleep,” is an ancient practice inducing deep conscious relaxation. It involves systematically shifting awareness inward, disconnecting from external stimuli. This leads to a state similar to deep sleep where senses, intellect, and mind relax, transcending, mind, space, and reason.


For this reason, one hour of Yoga Nidra practice is equivalent to four hours of sleep. As the body enters the healing state you are able to clear toxins, refresh the mind, and clear baggage from the subconscious.

Classes

Through carefully curated sessions and workshops, we guide you in unlocking the potential of your breath to release tension, reduce anxiety, and promote overall mental and emotional well-being.

In-Person

In-person sessions offer a supportive and immersive environment where participants get personalized attention tailored to their specific goals.

Virtual

Virtual breathwork sessions are held online via a video conferencing platform such as Zoom or Google Meet. The facilitator will guide participants through a series of breathing exercises and techniques, just as they would in an in-person session.

Group

Small group sessions are perfect for 2-10 people including couples, friends, and co-workers. This creates a supportive and intimate environment for learning and practicing breathwork and other meditative practices.
